废弃矿区环境治理生物修复技术研究

由于废弃矿区对周围居民生产、生活影响较大,提出了一种废弃矿区环境治理生物修复技术研究.通过分析植物修复机制,明确植被对矿区重金属和有机物污染修复作用;并结合微生物修复技术,利用电吸附、专性吸附重金属离子在细胞表面富集,使变价金属离子的价态发生变化,改变土壤中的重金属形态和分布以及重金属对植物根系的污染,提高植物生命周期,进而改善废弃矿区环境污染,实现环境修复.通过实验证明,所提技术能够修补废弃矿区环境,降低重金属污染浓度,提高土地质量.
Study on bioremediation technology for environmental treatment in abandoned mining areas
Due to the great impact of abandoned mining areas on the production and life of surrounding residents,a bioremediation tech-nology for environmental treatment of abandoned mining areas was proposed.Through the analysis of phytoremediation mechanism,the remediation effect of vegetation on heavy metal and organic pollution in the mining area was clarified.In combination with microbial re-mediation technology,heavy metal ions were enriched on the surface of cells by electric adsorption and specific adsorption,which can change the valence state of variable valence metal ions,change the form and distribution of heavy metals in the soil,pollute the roots of heavy metals,improve the life cycle of plants,improve the environmental pollution of abandoned mining areas,and realize environmental remediation.Through experiments,it is proved that the proposed technology can repair the environment of abandoned mining areas,re-duce the concentration of heavy metal pollution,and improve the quality of land.
