碳达峰碳中和目标愿景下,天然气系统甲烷排放日益受到关注.针对罐式集装箱(罐箱)储运液化天然气(LNG),阐释了 LNG蒸发气(BOG)放散排放及其常规处理措施,分析了 LNG及其蒸发气的低温及冷量特性、气体水合物的理化及储气特性,研究了 LNG及其蒸发气冷能可用性和水合物储运BOG可及性,提出了耦合冷能利用技术和气体水合物技术用以回收LNG罐箱BOG的工艺路线.研究表明,将LNG罐箱超压泄放BOG自身所蕴含的高品位冷能应用于BOG自身与水和添加剂等所形成气体水合物的生成和固态储运等环节,可实现LNG罐箱BOG的"零排放"及其冷能的梯级利用,有益于节能减污降碳和降本提质增效.研究结果可为冷冻液化气体罐箱及运输车BOG的回收利用提供借鉴.
With carbon peaking & carbon neutrality goal and vision,the methane(CH4)emissions from natural gas systems are receiving increasing attention.For the storage & transportation of liquefied natural gas(LNG)tank containers,the emission and conventional treat-ment measures of LNG boil-off gas(BOG)were explained.The cryogenic and cold heat exergy characteristics of LNG and its boil-off gas,as well as the physicochemical and storage characteristics of gas hydrates,were analyzed.The availability of LNG and its boil-off gas cold energy and the accessibility of BOG hydrate storage and transportation were studied,and a process route combining cold energy utilization technology and gas hydrate technology for recovering BOG of LNG tank containers was proposed.The research shows that the high-grade cold energy contained in the over-pressure relief BOG of LNG tank containers can be applied to the generation and the stor-age & transportation of solid gas hydrate formed by BOG itself with water and additives,so as to realize the zero emission of BOG and the cascade utilization of BOG cold energy.It is beneficial to energy saving,pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction,as well as cost reduction,quality improvement and efficiency increase.The research results can provide reference for the BOG recovery and uti-lization of refrigerated liquefied gas tank containers and road tankers.
