摘要
为解决典型储能项目在发展过程中商业模式和成本回收机制的问题,提出了新型电力系统环境下电网新型储能运营机制.分析了国外储能典型项目和商业模式,指出了我国储能商业模式及发展过程中存在的问题.以集中式储能和新能源配储为主要场景分析了储能的3种成本传导机制,结合储能商业价值分析了在用户侧、配网侧、分布式电源侧的主要运营模式,针对储能的传导机制进行了仿真分析,说明随着容量比例的增加,容量租赁费用呈下降趋势.在同样的容量比例下,收益率越高,容量租赁费用越高.结合我国储能配置,给出了灵活性资源补偿的市场机制建议.
Abstract
To address the issues of business models and cost recovery mechanisms in the development process of typical energy storage projects,a new energy storage operation mechanism for the power grid in a new power system environment was proposed.Typical energy storage projects and business models abroad were analyzed,and the problems in China's energy storage business model and development process were explained.Three cost transmission mechanisms for energy storage were analyzed using centralized energy storage and new energy distribution as the main scenarios.The main operating modes on the user side,distribution network side,and distributed power supply side based on the commercial value of energy storage were analyzed.A simulation analysis was conducted on the transmission mechanism of energy storage,indicating that as the capacity ratio increases,the capacity leasing cost shows a downward trend.Under the same capacity ratio,the higher the yield,the higher the capacity leasing cost.A market mechanism suggestion for flexible resource compensation was proposed based on the allocation of energy storage in China.
