在双碳目标背景下,含可再生能源机组的电力系统调度面临着成本优化和系统稳定运行的挑战,为此,提出考虑碳交易—绿证交易的可再生能源优化调度策略.首先分析碳交易和绿证交易基本模型,分析需求响应机制对系统调度的影响,建立以经济性最佳为目标的优化调度模型,考虑需求响应的作用约束,考虑日前调度和实时调度的偏差,利用仿真分析论证了本文所提模型的有效性和算法的可靠性.
In the context of"dual carbon"targets,power system dispatching with renewable energy units faces the challenges of cost op-timization and stable system operation.For this reason,an optimal scheduling strategy for renewable energy considering carbon trading and green certificate trading was proposed.First,the basic model of carbon trading and green certificate trading was analyzed,and the impact of demand response mechanism on system scheduling was analyzed.An optimal scheduling model aiming at the best economy was established,taking into account the role constraints of demand response.The deviation between day-ahead scheduling and real-time scheduling was also considered.The effectiveness of the proposed model and the reliability of the algorithm were demonstrated by simu-lation analysis.
