德菲斯矿综放成套设备应用实践

土耳其德菲斯煤矿位于马尼撒省的索马盆地,因地质构造复杂,断层较多,而且工作面走向存在一定的倾角,导致在工作面开采过程中,存在刮板机与液压支架"上窜下滑"、漂溜等问题,严重地制约了产能.通过对设备的受力进行理论分析,在矿井下对采煤工艺进行针对性的调整,保证了"三机"成套设备在P01工作面的顺利使用.对于矿方复购的第2套设备,通过对工作面刮板输送机、液压支架的结构改进,从配套层面优化设备布局及连接方式,从而极大提升设备的生产适应性,顺利解决了"上窜下滑"、漂溜等问题,达到了工作面产能300万t/a的目标.
The Defis Coal Mine in Türkiye is located in the Soma Basin of Manisa Province.Due to the complex geological structure,many faults,and a certain dip angle of the working face,there are problems such as scraper machine and hydraulic support"moving up and down"and drifting in the mining process of the working face,which seriously restrict the productivity,which seriously restrict the productivity.Through theoretical analysis of the stress of the equipment,targeted adjustments were made to the coal mining process in the mine,ensuring the smooth use of the"three machines"complete set of equipment in the P01 working face.For the second set of e-quipment purchased by the mining company,we optimized the equipment layout and connection methods from the supporting level by improving the structure of the scraper conveyor and hydraulic support on the working face,greatly enhancing the production adaptability of the equipment.We successfully solved problems such as"upward movement and downward movement"and drifting,and achieved the goal of an annual production capacity of 3 million tons of the working face.
