矿井深部巷道断层渗透性测试研究

巷道断层是矿井出现突水事故的重要部位,研究矿井深部巷道断层渗透性测试方法,为矿井深部巷道断层的防排水设施设置提供理论依据.选取某城市城郊煤矿的二水平31854工作面F15断层剖面,作为渗透性测试的断层剖面,在该剖面设置4个测试孔,通过注水试验测试矿井深部巷道断层渗透性.测试结果表明,与断层间距越小矿化度越低,钠离子和钾离子含量越低,钙离子含量越高,该断层属于导水断层;伴随注水量不断提升,各测试孔的渗透系数逐渐下降.矿井深部巷道断层的阻渗性低于正常底板;矿井深部巷道断层更加容易形成导水通道.针对测试结果,提出降低断层含水层水压与提升断层带的阻渗强度,来预防断层发生突水事故的重要措施.
Study on fault permeability test of deep mine roadway
Roadway fault is an important part of mine water inrush accident.The research on the permeability test method of deep road-way faults in mines provides a theoretical basis for the installation of waterproofing and drainage facilities of deep roadway faults in mines.F15 fault section of the second-level No.31854 working face of in a suburban coal mine of a certain city was selected as the fault section of permeability test.Four test holes were set in this section to test the fault permeability of deep roadway in mines through water injection test.The test results indicated that the smaller the distance between the faults and the lower the mineralization degree,the low-er the content of sodium and potassium ions,and the higher the content of calcium ions,indicating that the fault was a water-conducting fault.With the continuous increase of water injection,the permeability coefficient of each test hole decreased gradually.The seepage re-sistance of the deep roadway fault was lower than that of the normal floor,so it was easier for the deep roadway fault to form a water-con-ducting channel.According to the test results,two important measures to prevent the fault water inrush accident were put forward,inclu-ding reducing the water pressure of the fault aquifer and increasing the seepage resistance strength of the fault zone.
