高应力破碎围岩支护—注浆协同控制技术研究与应用

为解决高应力环境下松软破碎围岩巷道掘进和维护期间变形大、矿压显现强烈的问题,以王坡煤矿3211孤岛面回采巷道为研究背景,对巷道现场地质力学参数和围岩变形状况进行现场调研,分析了该区域巷道变形破坏的原因,结合现场围岩状况提出"长短全锚索支护+深浅孔注浆"的协同控制技术,并在3211回顺绕道延伸段进行工业性试验.在现场进行工业性试验后,对注浆加固后的巷道围岩进行钻孔窥视和持续围岩监测.结果表明,采用长、短锚索分层联合支护可有效控制该区域围岩变形,采用的深浅孔注浆加固能使浆液充分填补裂隙形成稳定结构,有效改善围岩的完整性;协同控制后围岩的移近量较注浆前减小79%,提高了巷道围岩的稳定性.
Study and application of high stress fractured surrounding rocks support-grouting cooperative control technology
In order to solve the problem of large deformation and strong mineral pressure during excavation and maintenance of the roadway in soft and broken surrounding rock under high stress environment,the 3211 isolated island face mining roadway in Wangpo Coal Mine was taken ad the research background,and the field research was conducted on the on-site geomechanical parameters of the roadway and the deformation condition of surrounding rock,and the causes of deformation and damage of the roadway in this area were analyzed.The syner-gistic control technology of"long and short full anchor cable supporting+deep and shallow hole grouting"was proposed,and industrial tests were carried out in the extended section of the 3211 return bypass.After the on-site industrial test,drilling peephole and continuous rock monitoring were carried out on the surrounding rocks after grouting reinforcement.The results showed that the use of long and short anchor cable layered joint supporting technology could effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock in this area,the deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement technology could make the slurry fully fill the fissures to form a stable structure and effectively improve the integrity of the surrounding rock.After the synergistic control,the displacement of the surrounding rock was reduced by 79%compared with that before grouting,which could well improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
