回采面机载式同步吸收硫化氢设备工艺及应用研究

针对回采工作面割煤时硫化氢大量涌出严重危害作业工人的健康问题,以晋牛煤矿1303工作面为例,采用煤矿井下机载同步式硫化氢处理装置,在采煤机割煤破煤的瞬间,利用机头、机尾2个负压泵的强力抽吸作用,将机头和机尾的硫化氢引到碱液箱处,碱液箱处安设的喷嘴喷雾能够快速将硫化氢消除.研究结果表明,机载同步式消除硫化氢装置除了控制采煤机在割煤过程中产生的硫化氢外,它对风流的强力抽吸作用还能够增强采煤机机头和机尾附近风流的流动速度,防止硫化氢在机头和机尾处积聚,提高采煤机在工作面割煤的安全性,从而降低工作面硫化氢的浓度.通过在1303工作面的试验表明,采用机载同步式硫化氢处理装置,回采工作面的硫化氢平均浓度从125 × 10-6降低到了 50×10-6,降低幅度可达60%,回采工作面硫化氢治理效果显著,大幅度降低了人工成本和工程施工投入,抽吸硫化氢的同时,从而保证回采面的安全高效生产.
Research on process and application of airborne synchronous hydrogen sulfide absorption equipment in mining face
In view of the problem that a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gushes out during coal cutting in the mining face,which seri-ously endangers the health of workers,taking No.1303 working face of Jinniu Coal Mine as an example,the underground airborne syn-chronous hydrogen sulfide treatment device was used to lead the hydrogen sulfide at the head and tail of the shearer to the alkali tank at the moment of coal cutting and coal breaking.The spray nozzle installed at the alkali tank can quickly eliminate hydrogen sulfide.The research results show that this set of airborne synchronous hydrogen sulfide elimination device can not only control the hydrogen sulfide produced by the shearer in the process of coal cutting,but also enhance the flow speed of air flow near the head and tail of the shearer,prevent the accumulation of hydrogen sulfide at the head and tail,and improve the safety of coal cutting at the working face of the shear-er,so as to reduce the concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the working face.The test at No.1303 working face shows that the average concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the mining face is reduced from 125 × 10-6 to 50 × 10-6,with a reduction of up to 60%,by using the airborne synchronous hydrogen sulfide treatment device.The hydrogen sulfide treatment effect in the mining face is remarkable,which greatly reduces the labor cost and engineering construction input,and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mining face while pumping hydrogen sulfide.
