Identification method of water inrush source in coal mines based on coupled principal component analysis
Water inrush in coal mines can lead to a rapid rise in the water level inside the mine, causing serious impacts on coal produc-tion and even leading to coal mine shutdown. The identification method of water inrush sources in mines can detect water inrush risks early, thereby ensuring the safety of coal mine production and miners'lives. Therefore,a method for identifying water inrush sources in coal mines based on coupled principal component analysis was proposed.According to the difference between the chemical components of water sources, the identification index variables of water inrush sources were determined.18 water samples chemical information were randomly selected from the coal mine aquifer, and the correlation between the water source groups was obtained through coupling princi-pal component analysis.Four important principal components were extracted to characterize all the sample information characteristics.Combining the covariance matrix and Fisher discrimination, the center distance of each type of water source group was obtained, and the type of water inrush sources was identified. The experimental results show that the proposed method can solve the problem of information superposition among various variables of sample information and improve the accuracy of of identifying water inrush sources.
