Three-dimensional plugging method of natural gas well in coal-gas overlapping area of Xinjie Taigemiao
The national key and super large Xingjie Taigemiao mining area,which has entered the stage of coordinated construction,has coal resources that completely overlap with the eastern part of the Sulige gas field and the northern part of the Daniudi gas field.In view of the traditional natural gas well plugging technology can not meet the safety production and resource recovery needs,a three-dimen-sional whole-well plugging method of"five-stage plugging,three-layer blocking,checking and replenishing,segmented materials,and layer by layer quality inspection"was proposed.The whole-well section plugging system of gas section,middle formation section,coal section,freshwater section and wellhead section was established in casing.The combination of cement plug and mechanical plug provid-ed three layers of reasonable blocking barriers,performed cementing assessment and sealed off casing outer annulus passage.The gas section was sealed with ultra-fine oil well cement to ensure effective sealing of the sealing radius,and the remaining sections were sealed with G-class oil well cement.The sealing quality was evaluated by pressurized coagulation,touch top of cement and step by step pressure test.The plugging test shows that the plugging quality is fully qualified.
