计及新能源利用率的"双高"送端电网电化学储能优化配置研究

随着以光伏、风电为代表的可再生能源占比的提升,由于新能源出力的波动性、随机性等特性产生弃风、弃光现象.提出了一种计及新能源利用率的"双高"送端电网电化学储能优化配置模型,采用新能源波动率指标进行储能选址,并采用跟踪中心轨迹内点法对储能容量进行求解.最后基于张北地区历史出力数据进行仿真,确定了不同新能源利用率及不同充放电时间所需的最小储能,最后绘制出新能源利用率与储能容量的关系图.研究表明,该优化模型可以提高含高比例新能源送端电网的新能源利用率,为大规模储能投入电力系统奠定了基础.
Research on optimal configuration of electrochemical energy storage in"double high"power grid considering utilization efficiency of new energy
With the increase in the proportion of renewable energy represented by photovoltaic and wind power,the phenomenon of wind and solar abandonment has emerged due to the volatility and randomness of new energy output.This article proposed a"dual high"electrochemical energy storage optimization configuration model for the sending-end power grid considering the utilization rate of new en-ergy.The new energy volatility index was used for energy storage location selection,and the tracking center trajectory interior point method was used to solve the energy storage capacity.Finally,based on the historical output data of Zhangbei area,simulation was con-ducted to determine the minimum energy storage required for different new energy utilization rates and different charging and discharging times.Finally,a relationship diagram between new energy utilization rate and energy storage capacity was drawn.Research has shown that this optimization model can improve the utilization rate of new energy in the sending-end power grid with a high proportion of new energy,laying the foundation for large-scale energy storage investment in the power system.
