By analyzing the relevant data on the development of intellectual property rights,energy structure,and industrial structure in Henan Province,it can be concluded Henan Province has achieved certain progress in the development of intellectual property rights,but still needs to enhance the intellectual property rights environment and strengthen the capacity for green technology innovation.The energy structure of Henan Province is dominated by coal,facing challenges such as high carbon emissions,high energy dependence,and severe ecological governance.It requires to increase efforts to supplement non fossil carbon energy and develop and utilize renewable re-sources.The industrial structure in Henan Province is mainly composed of agriculture,manufacturing,and services.Agriculture has made progress in greening,manufacturing is promoting green development,and the proportion of the service industry is gradually increasing.In the future,the concept of more green industrial development will provide new support and opportunities for the Green Technology Finan-cing and Cooperation Center.However,the development of the green technology innovation in Henan Province is hindered by constraints such as low level of marketization,mismatch between technology supply and demand,low technology commercialization rate,lack of service platforms,and insufficient financial support.Henan Province has the foundation for the construction of the Green Technology Fi-nancing and Cooperation Center,but still faces challenges.It needs to further explore the system scheme of"Green technology+Fi-nance"to provide a new choice that can be replicated and promoted for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological a-chievements.Centering on this goal,the construction of Henan Province Green Technology Financing and Cooperation Center will pro-vide scientific reference and theoretical basis for the green technology innovation system in the new era.
