Aiming at the characteristics of material transfer flow in bulk conveying systems,various transfer alignment and material re-ception technologies were proposed.A simulation model of transfer alignment and material reception was established,and it was simula-ted by EDEM software,the feasibility of the transfer alignment and material reception technology was verified,and the reliable transfer and center connection chute structure was designed by combining several transfer alignment and material reception technologies and uti-lizing the parameters of material speed and material track,etc.This structure can reduce the impact of materials on the central transfer device and conveyor belt,solve the problems of material deviation from the center of the lower conveyor and conveyor belt deviation,ef-fectively extend the service life of the equipment,and has practical engineering application value.
