煤柱回收工作面支护方案及顶板控制效果分析

随着我国对煤炭需求快速增长,煤炭储采比大幅度下降,煤炭保有储量呈现明显降低趋势,作为不可再生资源,煤炭的可持续开采受到严重威胁,对煤柱进行回收是提高回采率和资源利用率的有效办法.以轿子山煤矿9717工作面为研究对象,针对大巷煤柱回收工作面顶板控制问题,运用理论分析与现场实测相结合的方法,结合大巷煤柱回收工作面支架与围岩耦合关系,确定了支架工作阻力,合理进行了工作面液压支架的选型,设计了煤柱回收工作面的顶板控制方案,分析了工作面支护效果,保障煤柱回收工作面的安全回采.研究可为类似地质条件下的煤柱回收工作面回采提供借鉴.
Effect analysis of supporting scheme and roof control of coal pillar recovery face
With the rapid increase of coal demand in our country,the ratio of reserves and production of coal has decreased greatly,and the reserve of coal has shown an obvious decreasing trend.As a non-renewable resource,the sustainable exploitation of coal is seriously threatened,recovery of coal pillar is an effective way to improve recovery rate and resource utilization ratio.In this paper,the No.9717 working face of Jiaozishan Coal Mine was taken as the research object,aiming at the roof control problem of main roadway coal pillar re-covery face,using the method of combining theoretical analysis with field measurement,based on the coupling relationship between the support and the surrounding rock,combined with the coupling relationship between the support and surrounding rock of the coal pillar recovery face in the main roadway,the working resistance of the support was determined.The selection of hydraulic support for the work-ing face was reasonably carried out,and the roof control scheme for the coal pillar recovery face was designed.The support effect of the working face was analyzed to ensure the safe recovery of the coal pillar recovery working face.The research results have certain refer-ence significance for coal pillar recovery face under similar geological conditions.
