特厚煤层综放工作面过空巷矿压显现规律及控制技术研究

为研究特厚煤层综放工作面过空巷矿压显现规律及控制技术,以小峪煤矿8202工作面过空巷为研究背景,通过建立综放工作面斜交过空巷数值计算模型,按照工作面推进位置将过空巷划分为准备阶段、过空巷阶段和过空巷结束阶段,以此分析采动矿压显现特征,在原设计基础上提出了空巷补强支护技术,并成功进行了现场实践验证.结果表明,随着工作面逐渐靠近空巷,开采扰动对空巷的影响越来越大,在距离空巷10 m时,空巷受集中应力影响开始发生大变形,在推进至空巷时,空巷顶板直接发生垮落,工作面需快速通过避免悬顶距过大.提出了不同的补强支护技术,对特殊区域进行生产工艺优化和金属网铺顶,并对现场应用效果进行了分析,该支护方法可以实现工作面快速通过双空巷.研究结果可为类似煤层条件的工作面提供借鉴.
Study on manifestation law and control technology of mine pressure through empty roadway of fully-mechanized caving face of extra thick coal seams
To study the manifestation law and control technology of mine pressure through empty roadway of fully-mechanized caving face of extra thick coal seams,through empty roadways of the No.8202 working face of Xiaoyu Coal Mine was taken as the background.By es-tablishing a numerical calculation model for the oblique intersection through empty roadways in fully-mechanized caving face,according to the advancing position of the working face,it was divided into preparation stage,through empty roadway stage,and through empty roadway end stage.This approach was used to analyze the characteristics of mining induced rock pressure manifestation.Based on the original de-sign,the empty roadway reinforcement supporting technology was proposed,and it has been successfully verified through on-site practice.The results showed that as the working face gradually approached the empty roadway,the impact of mining disturbance on the empty road-way became increasingly significant.At a distance of 10 m from the empty roadway,significant deformation occured due to concentrated stress.When advancing to the empty roadway,the roof of the empty roadway collapsed directly,requiring rapid passage of the working face to avoid excessive hanging roof distances.Different reinforcement and supporting technologies were proposed,and production process opti-mization and metal mesh roof paving were carried out in special areas.The on-site application effect was analyzed,and this supporting method can quickly pass through double empty roadways in the working face.The findings of this study can provide a reference for similar coal seam conditions.
