基于程序升温—热动力学的自然发火分级预警方法

自然发火为煤矿主要致灾因素,目前大部分矿井开采自燃—易自燃类煤层,也有过半数煤矿存在自然发火危险性,煤层自然发火防治问题一直是影响煤矿安全生产的重点难点.然而不同煤矿的各个煤层赋存条件千差万别,致使煤层自燃特性无法一概而论,一矿一策、一面一策已经成为自然发火防治的必然趋势.为明确唐家会矿6号煤层易自燃煤层的自然发火特征,划分自燃阶段,确定分级预警等级、预警指标及临界值,采用理论分析、程序升温实验、自燃预警指标分析、现场工业性试验等手段进行研究,最终有效划分了分级预警等级,建立了自燃预警体系,并在现场验证其准确性,为今后唐家会矿6号煤层自然发火防治提供了参考依据.
Spontaneous combustion grading early warning method based on programed heating-thermodynamics
Spontaneous combustion is the main calamity of coal mines.At present,most mines mine spontaneous combustion-easy spon-taneous combustion coal seams,and more than half of the coal mines are also at risk of natural fire.Therefore,the prophylaxis of natural ignition in coal seams has always been a key and difficult point affecting the safety production of coal mines.However,the occurrence conditions of different coal seams in different coal mines are very different,resulting in the spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seams can not be generalized.One mine one policy,one side one policy has become an inevitable trend of spontaneous combustion control and prophylaxis.So as to clarify the natural ignition characteristics of the No.6 coal seam of Tangjiahui Mine,which is prone to spontaneous combustion,divide the spontaneous combustion stage,determine the classification early warning level,early warning index and critical value,theoretical analysis,programmed temperature test,spontaneous combustion early warning index analysis,field industri-al test and other means were used to study.Finally,the classification early warning level was effectively divided,the spontaneous com-bustion early warning system was established,and its accuracy was verified on site,which can provide reference for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in No.6 coal seam of Tangjiahui Coal Mine in the future.
