Determination of 9 metallic elements in electroplating wastewater by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
In order to realize the accurate determination and analysis of trace elements in electroplating wastewater by inductively cou-pled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),by optimizing the helium flow rate in the collision reaction pool, interference can be effective-ly deducted. In order to reduce the memory effect of the test and achieve long-term stable testing of the test sample, the proportion of Au concentration can be optimized to achieve good and stable testing results. This method directly determined electroplating wastewater, and the results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R2)of each element was greater than 0.999.The detection limit of the method was 0.012~0.126 pg/L,the precision was all below 4.40%,and the recovery rates of the test samples were all between 89.7%and 107.5%.This analysis method has the advantages of simple operation, good accuracy, and high sensitivity. It can quickly and accurately quantify trace elements in electroplating wastewater, providing assistance for the electroplating industry and providing technical guidance and reference for the application and detection technology of low content elements in environmental samples.
