Research on fracture propagation law of shale oil reservoirs with natural fractures
The shale oil conglomerates in the Shulu Depression, located in the southern part of the Jizhong Depression in the Bohai Bay Basin, are high-quality reservoir segments in this area.Generally, fractures are developed, and reservoir quality is better. How to achieve full communication between hydraulic fractures and natural fractures, and maximize fracture controlled reserves is the core issue for a-chieving efficient shale oil development. Therefore, based on the integrated geological engineering software Frsmart, the natural fracture model of shale oil in Shulu sag was established to simulate and analyze the effects of different natural fracture parameters, cluster spac-ing,displacement and other completion engineering parameters on reservoir reconstruction, and finally determined the fracturing recon-struction parameters suitable for the shale oil conglomerate segment in Shulu sag.The simulation results show that natural fracture densi-ty and azimuth have an important effect on improving the fracture complexity of shale oil.The higher the natural fracture density, the higher the fracture complexity and the higher the cumulative oil production, and the natural fracture azimuth can control the fracture propagation direction.Combined with the numerical simulation results,it is determined that when the construction displacement is 10 m3/min and the cluster spacing is 10 m,the fracture morphology is more complex and and the degree of utilization of inter cluster re-serves is higher. The research results can provide theoretical reference for the volume fracturing technology of shale oil tight cutting in Shulu sag.
