不同电力市场机制下煤电机组深度调峰能耗分析研究

Analysis and research on energy consumption of coal-fired power units for deep peak shaving under different electricity market mechanisms

为充分挖掘煤电机组深度调峰能力,提升电力系统调节能力,我国先后试行了调峰辅助服务市场、现货市场机制.部分省份进一步探索了调峰容量市场机制,以提高煤电机组灵活改造收益水平和调节能力保障水平.首先梳理了灵活性改造的典型路径,研究了深度调峰对机组运行经济性的影响,并以某台百万机组为例,分析研究了不同电力市场运营机制下煤电机组深度调峰运行的经济性表现.结果表明,调峰辅助服务市场可以提供清晰的收益回报,调峰容量市场能够有效加快灵活性改造的投资成本回收,电力现货市场运营机制下具备深调能力的煤电机组更容易获得正收益.
In order to fully excavate the deep peak shaving capacity of coal-fired power units and improve the regulatory capacity of the power system,China has successively implemented the peak shaving auxiliary service market and spot market mechanisms,and some provinces have further explored the peak shaving capacity market mechanism to improve the flexible transformation income level and regulation capacity guarantee level of coal-fired power units.This article first outlined typical paths for flexibility transformation,studied the impact of deep peak shaving on the economic performance of unit operation,and took a million unit as an example to analyze and study the economic performance of deep peak shaving operation of coal-fired power units under different electricity market operating mechanisms.The results show that the peak shaving auxiliary service market can provide clear returns,the peak shaving capacity market can effectively accelerate the recovery of investment costs for flexibility transformation,and coal-fired power units with deep peak shav-ing ability are more likely to obtain positive returns under the electricity spot market operating mechanism.
