基于模糊PID的煤矿通风机节能控制研究

针对煤矿通风机械设备能耗大、运行效率低等问题,提出一种基于模糊PID的煤矿通风机节能控制方法.以煤矿通风机结构为基础,为采集矿井内的实时环境信息,利用风速、负压和一氧化碳传感器组成在线监测系统;根据变频器选择要求,选用恒转矩负载变频器,分析变频器工作过程;确立模糊PID控制算法流程,生成模糊规则表,得出控制参数的整定公式,即控制结果;根据输出值控制变频器频率,进而调整通风机的功率,实现通风量自适应调节,达到节能通风目的.实验结果证明,该技术能够在变频工况下满足通风量需求,不会出现通风量过大或过小的情况,在确保矿井作业安全的同时,降低了机械设备能源消耗.
Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and low operating efficiency of coal mine ventilation machinery equip-ment,a energy-saving control method for coal mine ventilation fans based on fuzzy PID was proposed.Based on the structure of coal mine ventilation fans,an online monitoring system was composed of wind speed,negative pressure,and carbon monoxide sensors to col-lect real-time environmental information inside the mine;according to the selection requirements of frequency converter,constant torque load frequency converter was selected to analyze the working process of frequency converter;establish the fuzzy PID control algorithm flow,generate the fuzzy rule table,and obtain the tuning formula of control parameters,which is the control result;according to the out-put value,the frequency of the frequency converter was controlled,and then the power of the fan was adjusted to achieve the self-adap-tive adjustment of the ventilation volume,so as to achieve the purpose of energy-saving ventilation.The experimental results show that the technology can meet the ventilation demand under the frequency conversion working condition,without too much or too little ventila-tion,ensuring the safety of mine operation and reducing the energy consumption of mechanical equipment.
