考虑约束条件的新能源消纳优化策略研究

依靠灵活的市场机制促进电力能源的生产和消纳是电力市场改革的主要目标.为此,建立新能源消纳综合能力评价模型,以太阳能及风能为例评估新能源消纳可利用空间,基于层次分析法对新能源消纳能力进行分析;考虑联络线的最大/最小出力限制值、交易电量的限制值以及相邻时间段出力的变化情况,构建了新能源消纳利用能力优化模型.最后,以某省新能源运行数据为实验样本,将所提消纳优化策略与传统模型下的消纳能力进行对比分析.结果表明,提出的新能源消纳优化策略能够有效提升消纳量,对促进电网短期电力调度与新能源波动性的结合具有重要借鉴意义.
Relying on the flexible market mechanism to promote the production and consumption of electric energy is the main goal of elec-tricity market reform.Therefore,this paper established the comprehensive capacity evaluation model of new energy consumption,and the a-vailable space for new energy consumption was evaluated using solar and wind energy as examples.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the new energy consumption capacitywas analyzed.A new energy consumption and utilization capacity optimization model was con-structed by considering the maximum/minimum output limit values of the contact line,the limit values of trading electricity,and the chan-ges in output during adjacent time periods.Finally,taking the new energy operation data of a certain province as the experimental sample,the proposed consumption optimization strategy was compared and analyzed with the consumption capacity of traditional models.The results showed that the proposed new energy consumption optimization strategy can effectively improve the consumption amount,which has impor-tant reference significance for promoting the combination of short-term power dispatch and new energy volatility in the power grid.
