China's coal production has been increasing year by year,and the increase in excavation and development workload has led to an increase in the production of coal gangue.Centralized processing,unified scheduling,and rapid shipment of gangue are required.Un-der the existing conditions of coal mines,most of the methods used have disadvantages such as small transportation volume,low labor ef-ficiency,and are not suitable for mechanized continuous operation.The limited conditions of coal mine roadways require the continuous loading and transfer of materials such as gangue to achieve full automation.It is not only necessary to solve the problem of automatic pushing,but also to solve the problem of automatic loading and control of gangue.It is necessary to coordinate the actions of various components to achieve continuous automation operations.For this purpose,an automatic transfer machine control system based on Sie-mens S7-200 PLC was designed and developed.By combining the hardware and software of the automatic control system,the automatic transfer and transportation of ore materials can be achieved.It has positive significance in promoting the mechanization,automation,in-formatization,and intelligent development of coal mining enterprises,and in building green and smart mines.
