引射器治理工作面隅角低氧的研究与应用

矿井工作面正常回采时隅角容易产生低氧现象,会导致工作人员作业期间呼吸困难等问题.通过现场测试,回风隅角的氧气浓度为15.5%~17.5%,且随地表气温的升高而降低.为此,提出了基于引射原理的工作面隅角低氧防治技术,并将技术与现场应用相结合.结果表明,引射风流对工作面回风隅角低氧环境改善效果良好,引射风流方向与回风巷呈一定夹角设置时,改善效果最佳;此位置条件下引射风速8 m/s便可有效消除回风隅角低氧现象,使整体氧气浓度保持在19%以上.根据以上研究结果,结合陕北某矿112207工作面实际情况,进行了引射器现场应用与效果检验.在设备正常运行7 d后,工作面回风隅角氧气浓度维持在18.5%以上,治理效果显著.
Research and application of ejector in treating low oxygen in working face corners
During normal mining operations,the corners of the mine face are prone to low oxygen levels,which can easily lead to breath-ing difficulties for workers during operation.Field tests show that the oxygen concentration in the return corner is in the range of 15.5%-17.5%,and it decreases as the surface air temperature rises.Therefore,a low oxygen prevention technology for the corner of the working face based on the principle of ejection was proposed.The technology was combined with on-site application,and the results show that the injection flow has a good effect on improving the low-oxygen environment in the return air corner of the working face.The best improve-ment effect was obtained when the injection flow direction was set at a certain angle to the return air roadway.Under this condition,an in-jection wind speed of 8 m/s can effectively eliminate the low oxygen phenomenon in the return air corner,and the overall oxygen concen-tration can be maintained at more than 19%.Based on the above research results,combined with the actual situation of the No.112207 working face,the ejector was applied and tested on-site.After the equipment was running normally for 7 days,the oxygen concentration in the return air corner of the working face was maintained at more than 18.5%,and the control effect was significant.
