Characteristics and potential analysis of middle-deep geothermal resources in Tongxu County
Geothermal resource is a clean and renewable energy,which plays an important role in adjusting the energy structure to cope with climate change.According to the regional tectonic location of Tongxu County,the variation law of the geothermal gradient in the study area was analyzed.Based on the analysis and study of geothermal geological conditions,thermal reservoir structure and thermal reservoir characteristics,it was concluded that the thermal reservoir was mainly composed of Neogene loose rock pore thermal reservoir and Cambrian-Ordovician karsts fissure thermal reservoir.The stored heat in the thermal reservoir was calculated by using the method of allowable depth drop method of water head.The total amount of thermal energy stored in Neogene reservoir was 2 176.48 × 1016 J,which was equivalent to 74 263 × 104 t of standard coal.The total amount of thermal energy stored in the karst fissure thermal reservoir of Cam-brian-Ordovician system was 7 347.28 × 1016 J,which was equivalent to 250 696 × 104 t of standard coal.The heat breakthrough formu-la was used to calculate the mining output of geothermal fluid under the condition of reinjection.The recoverable heat of Neogene ther-mal reservoir was 7.21 × 1013 kJ/a,which was equivalent to 246.01 × 104 t/a of standard coal.The recoverable heat of Cambrion-Ordo-vician karst fissure thermal reservoir was 24.35 × 1013 kJ/a,which was equivalent to 830.84 x 104 t/a of standard coal.The spacing of geothermal well was simulated and demonstrated,and the reasonable spacing of pumping and irrigation well was given,providing a basis for the scientific development and utilization of geothermal resources.
