考虑工程约束的海上风力机规则排布自动优化研究

针对海上风电场风力机布置应符合多行规则排布形式的特点,提出一套风力机规则排布自动优化方法.该方法首先使用以平行四边形为基本布置单元的规则排布自动寻优算法遍历得到发电量最高的平行四边形排布方案,然后在此基础上进行贴合边界、末位移动和间距微调3步优化,保证行规则性的同时进一步提升风电场发电量.选取实际海上风电项目对提出的风力机规则排布自动优化方法进行验证,并将算法优化结果与人工经验排布方案进行对比.结果显示,算法优化排布方案比人工经验排布方案减小了风力机平均尾流损失0.31%,提高了风电场年上网电量3.84 GWh.提出的优化方法计算效率高,得到的风力机排布方案可实现风电场发电量最大化,且符合实际工程要求.
Research on automatic optimization of offshore wind turbines regular layout considering engineering constraints
In view of the characteristics that the wind turbine layout in offshore wind farms should conform to the multi-row regular lay-out form,an automatic optimization method for wind turbine regular layout was proposed.The method adopted the regular layout automat-ic optimization algorithm with parallelogram as the basic layout unit to traverse and obtain the parallelogram layout with optimal energy production firstly.Then,on this basis,a three-step optimization process was carried out,including boundary fitting,end position move-ment,and spacing fine-tuning,to ensure row regularity while further improving the power generation of the wind farm.An actual offshore wind farm project was selected to verify the automatic optimization method for wind turbine regular layout proposed in this paper,and the algorithm optimization result was compared with the manual experience layout scheme.The results showed that the algorithm optimiza-tion layout scheme reduced the average wake loss of wind turbines by 0.31%compared to the manual experience layout scheme,and in-creased the annual grid power of wind farms by 3.84 GWh.The optimization method proposed has high computational efficiency,and the obtained wind turbine layout scheme can achieve maximum power generation of the wind farm and meet practical engineering re-quirements.
