Application of concrete pillars supporting technology in pre-driving retracement channel supporting
In order to evaluate the application effect of concrete pillars in the pre-driving retracement channel support,the mechanical properties of concrete pillars were tested using a similar material simulation test method.Based on this,industrial tests were conducted on the pre-driving retracement channel of the No.50103 working face of Hejiata Coal Mine.At the same time,the mining pressure law during the mining process of the working face was monitored.In the experiment,two rows of concrete pillars with a diameter of 800 mm were in-stalled in the main retracement channel,which were combined with anchor mesh ladder beam support system to support the roof.The ex-perimental results show that concrete pillars can effectively ensure the safety of the retracement channel during the final mining period of the working face,significantly improve the moving efficiency,and significantly reduce the support cost during the moving process.
