Quantitative identification of effect of curtain grouting in blocking water conducted channels in Cambrian limestone
Grouting for water sealing is one of the commonly used technical means for coal mine water hazard prevention and control, and quantitative identification of grouting effect is a key link in grouting engineering. The study focused on the curtain grouting sealing pro-ject of the Cambrian limestone water conducted channels in the No.7 Mine of Pingdingshan Coalfield. The evaluation index system for the effectiveness of curtain grouting water sealing was selected based on the grouting amount, unit time grouting amount, linear meter grouting amount, final hole pressure, final hole layer, and rock mechanical strength changes. The subjective, objective, and comprehen-sive weights of indicator factors were determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Weight Method, and Combination Weighting Method. The fuzzy variable-set model was applied to quantitatively identify and rank the water sealing effect of curtain grouting. The re-search showed that the comprehensive ranking of treatment effects for the channels was as follows:channel 6 was the best, followed by channel 3,channel 2,channel 1,channel 5,and channel 4.The grouting effects of all drilling and channels were qualified or good, and the overall grouting effect was good. After grouting to seal the water conducted channels, the hydrological conditions of the No.7 Mine and No.5 Mine significantly changed due to the close hydraulic connection between them. The total amount of water supply from the No.7 Mine and drainage from the No.5 Mine decreased by 435.74 m3/h during the dry season, and by 809.98 m3/h during the flood season. The curtain grouting has a significant effect on water sealing.
