车集煤矿风井房噪声模拟与治理

针对煤矿风井房的噪声问题,提出计算机声学模拟与新型超轻吸声材料结合应用技术的有效治理方法,并进行了深入的探讨.首先对其噪声源进行深入分析,然后利用声学模拟软件对作业环境进行噪声模拟计算,并根据计算结果设计噪声控制方案.研究表明,利用新型吸声材料,采用消声、隔声、通风、拼装式等综合治理方法,治理后风井站厂界噪声均能满足《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》(GB 12348-2008)中2类标准,实现厂界噪声达标排放.
Simulation and treatment of noise in air shaft room of Juji Coal Mine
Aiming at the noise problem of coal mine air shaft room,the effective treatment method of computer acoustic simulation and new sound-absorbing material was proposed and discussed deeply.Firstly,the noise source was analyzed in depth,then the noise in the working environment was simulated and calculated by using acoustic simulation software,and a noise control plan based on the calcula-tion results was designed.The research shows that by using the new sound-absorbing material and using the comprehensive treatment method of noise reduction,sound insulation,ventilation,and assembly,the noise of the air shaft station after treatment can meet the ClassⅡ standard in the Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises Noise at Boundary(GB 12348-2008),achieving standard emission of boundary noise.
