摘要

针对水泥基材料作为脆性材料,存在柔韧性差、易收缩开裂、抗拉强度低等问题,通过控制单一变量,研究了不同聚丙烯纤维素掺量下对水泥试件28 d抗压强度、抗拉强度以及全应力应变曲线的影响规律.结果表明,水泥试件的单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度随着聚丙烯纤维素掺量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,当聚丙烯纤维素掺量为0.15%时,水泥试件28 d的单轴抗压强度和抗拉强度最佳,分别为32.44、3.89 MPa,在此掺量下水泥试件具有较高的残余强度,研究结果对深部巷道围岩喷浆材料的选择具有重要意义.

Abstract

In view of the problems of poor flexibility,easy shrinkage cracking and low tensile strength of cement-based materials as brittle materials,the effects of different polypropylene cellulose content on 28 d compressive strength,tensile strength and total stress-strain curve of cement specimens were studied by controlling a single variable.It was found that the uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of cement specimens showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of polypropylene cellulose content.When the content of polypropylene cellulose was 0.15%,the uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of the cement specimen at 28 d were the best,which were 32.44 MPa and 3.89 MPa respectively.The cement specimens have higher residual strength under this dosage,and the research results are of great significance to the selection of shotcrete materials for deep roadway surrounding rock.
