Study on measurement of solid-liquid two-phase slurry parameters for capacitive mine fire prevention and extinguishing
As a major accident in coal mining,underground fire not only has a serious impact on coal mining,but also threatens the life safety of underground workers.Aiming at the problem of solid phase deposition or blockage in slurry in grouting fire prevention technolo-gy,capacitive sensors were used to accurately measure slurry speed parameters.Through simulation research,combined with the analysis of influencing factors and sensitivity of capacitive sensors,the structure and geometric dimensions of capacitive sensor suitable for coal mine environment were designed.The electrode width was selected as 35 mm and the electrode spacing was selected as 70 mm.At the same time,the capacitive sensor transmitter was designed,and the experimental verification of the speed parameters of slurry two-phase flow was carried out by combining the real-time display interface of Lab VIEW.The experimental results show that the designed capaci-tive sensors can accurately measure the speed parameters of slurry and provide real-time and reliable feedback signals for grouting fire prevention and extinguishing technology.The successful application of this innovative technology will effectively ensure the safe and ef-fective implementation of grouting fire prevention and extinguishing technology in underground.
