Analysis on application of air suspension belt conveyor in coal industry
The air suspension belt conveyor is a stable,efficient,environmentally friendly,and cost-effective bulk material conveying e-quipment,which has been widely used in the field of grain.Due to the characteristics of materials and industry differences,there are some issues that need to be taken seriously in the transportation of bulk materials in the coal industry with air suspension belt convey-ors.Based on the principle of air suspension belt conveyor and the characteristics of the coal industry,an analysis was conducted on is-sues such as belt deviation,disk slot air hole anti blocking hole,conveying belt selection,and economic benefits.Research show that air suspension belt conveyors have low operating and maintenance costs,good economic efficiency throughout their entire life cycle,and high environmental benefits,making them suitable for application in the coal industry.
