基于"三因素"判定的主通风机风量测定研究与应用

在分析主通风机风量测定方法、确定不同测定方法下测风点布置的基础上,对不同煤矿的在用主通风机的风量进行测定,得到通风机直径、通风机外壳是否安装皮托管、通风机外壳静压孔数量对测定方法选择的匹配关系,并将主通风机进行分类,建立"三因素"判定风量测定匹配原则,进而对此匹配原则进行测定验证.
Research and application of air volume measurement of main ventilation fan based on"three factors"judgement
On the basis of analyzing air volume measurement method of the main ventilation fan,and determining the arrangement of the air measurement point under different measurement methods,the air volume of the main ventilation fan in use in different coal mines was measured,the matching relationship between the fan diameter,whether a pitot tube is installed on the fan casing,and the number of stat-ic pressure holes on the fan casing and the selection of the measurement method was obtained.The main ventilation fan was classified,and the"three factors"judgement air volume measurement matching principle was established,and then the matching principle was measured and verified.
