主要阐述了ZLD-1500型煤矿井下用氮气冷却机组的低温冷却机组、构成、典型优点及性能参数,并基于矿用制氮装置(氮气流量1 500 m3/h、氮气出口压力1.0 MPa)工况下,对煤矿井下用氮气冷却机组的氮气出口压力、氮气出口温度及各项安全保护进行了测试.测试结果表明,机组在氮气流量为1 500 m3/h的工况下,氮气出口温度可以达到-30℃,满足现场需求,为采空区自然发火的防治提供了一种行之有效的手段.
Experimental study of ZLD-1500 coal mine underground nitrogen cooling unit
The low-temperature cooling unit,composition,typical advantages,and performance parameters of the ZLD-1500 Coal Mine underground nitrogen cooling unit were mainly elaborated.Based on the working conditions of the mining nitrogen production device(ni-trogen flow rate of 1 500 m3/h,nitrogen outlet pressure of 1.0 MPa),the nitrogen outlet pressure,nitrogen outlet temperature,and vari-ous safety protections of the coal mine underground nitrogen cooling unit were tested.The test results show that the unit operates at a ni-trogen flow rate of 1 500 m3/h,the nitrogen outlet temperature can reach-30 ℃,which meets the on-site demand and provides an ef-fective means for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
