浅埋多煤层上行开采可行性及开采滞后时间分析

煤层群一般采用下行顺序开采,但有时需要采用上行顺序进行开采.青龙寺煤矿井田范围内上部煤层受火烧区影响,可采区域相对5-2煤层较小,且在青龙寺煤矿井田西北部3-1煤层受前期小窑开采影响,煤层完整性遭到破坏,将矿井的首采区布置于井田西部先期开采地段内的5-2煤层中,上部煤层开采时即为上行开采.根据上行开采理论中的采动影响倍数法、"两带"高度判别法、围岩平衡法,结合青龙寺矿地质条件,对5-2煤上部煤层的上行开采可行性进行分析,得出青龙寺煤矿上部各煤层(3-1、3-2、4-2煤层)可进行正常的上行开采.并根据工程类比、经验统计、覆岩移动活跃期分析,最终得出上行开采滞后于5-2煤长壁开采工作面的时间不少于9个月.分析结果为后续上部煤层上行开采提供参考及理论支撑.
Feasibility and mining lag time analysis of upward mining in shallow buried multi coal seam
The coal seam group is generally mined in downward order,but sometimes it is necessary to mine in upward order.The upper coal seam in the Qinglongsi Coal Mine Field is affected by the burnt area,and the recoverable area is smaller than that of the 5-2 coal seam.In the northwest of the Qinglongsi Coal Mine Field,the 3-1 coal seam is affected by the early small kiln mining,and the integrity of the coal seam is destroyed.Therefore,the first mining area of the mine was arranged in the 5-2 coal seam in the early mining section of the western part of the mine field,and the upper coal seam mining is upward mining.According to the mining influence multiple method,"two zone"height discrimination method and surrounding rock balance method in the upward mining theory,combined with the geological conditions of Qinglongsi Coal Mine,the feasibility of upward mining of the upper coal seam of 5-2 coal seam was analyzed.The results showed that the upper coal seams(3-1,3-2,4-2 coal seam)of Qinglongsi Coal Mine can carry out normal upward mining.According to engineering analogy,empirical statistics and analysis of active period of overlying rock movement,it was concluded that the upward mining lags behind 5-2 coal longwall mining face by no less than 9 months.The analysis results provide reference and theoreti-cal support for the subsequent upward mining of the upper coal seam.
