Automatic control technology for gas emission in goaf of close range coal seam driving face
In order to solve the problem of gas emission from the driving face caused by the goaf of close range coal seam in Fengshan Coal Mine.Taking the No.12604 transportation roadway driving face as the research object,the change rule of gas concentration and pressure difference between goaf and roadway in driving face under different atmospheric pressure conditions was analyzed.The research results indicate that the pressure difference between the goaf and the roadway is closely related to the rate of change in the gas pressure inside the roadway;under the current production conditions of the No.12604 transportation roadway driving face.The threshold for the difference in atmospheric pressure between the goaf and the roadway,which leads to a significant increase in gas concentration,is 320 Pa.Based on this,an automatic control technology was designed and tested to jointly control the electric control valve of the extraction pipeline using pressure difference and the difference between the T2 and T,gas sensors in the working face.This effectively reduces ab-normal gas emissions in the driving face and eliminates the phenomenon of air being"sucked back"into the goaf caused by excessive extraction.
