基于多数据融合的无人值守瓦斯抽采监控系统研究

针对山西天地王坡煤业井下瓦斯抽采泵站无人值守系统改造过程中存在部分数据已建设,并分布在不同的子系统中,出现数据孤立导致数据共享和综合利用率不高、联动执行能力弱等问题,提出了一种现场级数据融合和平台级数据融合相结合的方法.分析了数据融合方法的优缺点,并对相应的融合方法编写了PLC程序和WinCC程序.井下瓦斯抽采泵站的实际应用表明,系统融合能力强,能够满足无人值守系统所需的环境参数、电力参数、管道参数、工况参数等数据的融合,提高了无人值守系统的数据利用率,实现了瓦斯抽放系统一键启停及一键轮换抽采泵等复杂的控制功能.采用数据驱动执行替代人工操作,有效减少了井下瓦斯泵站值班人员,为瓦斯抽放泵站少人或无人运转提供了保障,同时减少了抽放系统的无计划故障停机时间,提高了瓦斯抽放系统工作效率,保障了煤矿的安全生产.
Research on unmanned gas drainage monitoring system based on multi data fusion
A method combining on-site data fusion and platform level data fusion was proposed to address the issues of data isolation,low data sharing and comprehensive utilization rate,and weak linkage execution ability in the renovation process of the unmanned gas drainage pump station in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry,where some data has been constructed and distributed in different subsystems.The advantages and disadvantages of fusion methods were analyzed,and the PLC and WinCC programs for the corresponding fusion methods were written.Through practical application in underground gas drainage pump stations,it shows that the system has strong fusion ability,which can meet the integration of environmental parameters,power parameters,pipeline parameters,operating parameters and other data re-quired by unmanned systems,improve the data utilization rate of unmanned systems,and achieve complex control functions such as one click start stop and one click rotation of gas drainage systems and pumping stations.By using data-driven execution instead of manual oper-ations,the number of on duty personnel in the underground gas pumping station is effectively reduced,providing a guarantee for the opera-tion of the gas drainage pumping station with few or no personnel.At the same time,the unplanned downtime of the drainage system is re-duced,the efficiency of the gas drainage system is improved,and the safety production of the coal mine is guaranteed.
