基于现场总线的刮板输送机功率平衡控制研究

以现场总线控制系统中的刮板输送机为研究对象,介绍了整个系统的结构以及永磁同步电机作为其驱动系统相对于异步电机的优势,选择最大转矩电流比控制作为驱动系统的控制方式.针对多电机刮板输送机功率不平衡问题,提出采用转矩分配主从控制方式对其进行控制,在AMESim平台上搭建双电机驱动的刮板输送机模型,在MATLAB/Simulink上搭建永磁同步电机控制系统,对提出的最大转矩电流比控制和转矩分配主从控制方案进行仿真验证.将现场总线技术及该控制策略应用到实际系统中,取得了良好的效果,验证了所提方案的可行性.
Research on power balance control of scraper conveyor based on fieldbus
Taking the scraper conveyor in the fieldbus control system as the research object,the structure of the whole system and the advantages of permanent magnet synchronous motor as its drive system over asynchronous motor was introduced.The maximum torque current ratio control was selected as the control mode of the drive system,aiming at the power imbalance problem of multi-motor scraper conveyor,a master-slave control mode of torque distribution was proposed to control it,a double-motor driven scraper conveyor model was built on the AMESim platform,and a permanent magnet synchronous motor control system was built on the MATLAB/Simulink.The proposed maximum torque current ratio control and the master-slave control scheme of torque distribution were simulated and verified.The fieldbus technology and the control strategy were applied to the actual system,and good results were obtained,and the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified.
