国能集团宁夏煤业公司石槽村洗煤厂存在信息孤岛、信息烟囱、子系统割裂等问题,进而未能实现系统间的数据共享与智能联动,严重制约了洗煤厂智能化的发展.根据国家能源集团"十四五"规划要求,结合当前国内洗煤厂建设现状与趋势,实施石槽村洗煤厂智能化建设,对洗煤厂各环节进行智能化改造势在必行.依据洗煤厂生产工艺流程,规划设计了洗煤厂智能化建设架构及建设(改造)方案内容.分别通过提高生产过程自动化水平,将工人从现场环境较差的岗位及手动操作中解放出来,改善了工作环境,减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率;通过设置、优化视频联动监控系统、环境监测系统等,使生产现场与视频监控相融合,对生产过程全程监控,进一步提高了作业环境的安全性;通过设置设备在线状态监测和智能分析系统,实现了对重要设备部分事故的提前判断和预知,避免了事故扩大化,减少了经济损失;通过对生产系统全方位数据采集监测,提高了作业人员掌控全局能力,系统性降低了生产过程中的不安全因素;通过对设备技术参数、状态实时检测并可视化展示,辅助提高了管理人员的管理效率、水平,提高了全厂整体执行力.智能化实现后,对构建高效、安全、节能、绿色、环保、舒适、人性化的洗煤厂具有重要意义.
Research on intelligent construction of Shicao Village coal washing plant
The Shicao Village coal washing plant of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Company has problems such as information islands,information chimneys,and subsystem fragmentation,which have resulted in the failure to achieve data sharing and intelligent linkage between systems,seriously restricting the development of intelligent coal washing plant.According to the requirements of the"14th Five Year Plan"of the CHN Energy,combined with the current situation and trend of domestic coal washing plant construction,it is necessary to implement the intelligent construction of the Shicao Village coal washing plant and carry out intelligent transformation of all links of the coal washing plant.Based on the production process of the coal washing plant,the intelligent construction architecture and construction(renovation)plan of the coal washing plant were planned and designed.By improving the automation level of the pro-duction process,the workers were liberated from positions with poor on-site environment and manual operations,improving the working environment,reducing labor intensity,and increasing work efficiency.By setting up and optimizing video linkage monitoring systems,en-vironmental monitoring systems,etc.,the production site was integrated with video monitoring to monitor the entire production process,further improving the safety of the working environment.By setting up an online monitoring and intelligent analysis system for equip-ment,advance judgment and prediction of accidents involving important equipment were achieved,avoiding the escalation of accidents and reducing economic losses.By collecting and monitoring comprehensive data from the production system,the ability of operators to control the overall situation was improved,and the unsafe factors in the production process were systematically reduced.By real-time de-tection and visual display of equipment technical parameters and status,the management efficiency and level of management personnel were improved,and the overall execution power of the entire factory was enhanced.After the implementation of intelligence,it is of great significance to build an efficient,safe,energy-saving,green,environmentally friendly,comfortable,and humanized coal washing plant.
