煤矿井下车辆智能调度系统优化研究

针对采用无轨胶轮车运输方式的矿井存在用车需求与供给之间信息不对称,车辆调度流程较复杂、调度效率较低、井巷中同一地点同一时间段内出现多车运行,大量尾气排放对井巷中空气的污染,导致有毒有害气体浓度超限的问题.通过在现有车辆调度系统功能模块基础上进行优化,增加固定派车、提前约车、智能拼车、自主派车以及查询打印等功能模块、开发手机端APP软件.实现用车人在线车辆申请,车辆智能调度一体化管控和"零"车辆等候时间,达到"智能拼车、自助约车、自主派车"的目的,促进矿井车辆安全高效智能调度,解决有毒有害气体浓度超限的问题,具有重要的现实意义和推广应用价值.
Study on optimization of intelligent dispatching system for underground vehicles in coal mines
In view of the information asymmetry between the demand and supply of vehicles in mines using trackless rubber-tyred vehi-cles,the vehicle dispatching process is more complex,the dispatching efficiency is lower,there are many vehicles running in the same place and at the same time,a lot of exhaust gas pollutes the air in the shaft and roadway,lead to the problem of toxic and harmful gas concentration beyond the limit.By optimizing the existing vehicle dispatching system function module,adding a fixed dispatching,ad-vance booking,intelligent car-sharing,autonomous dispatching,and query printing function modules,and developing a mobile APP soft-ware.To achieve on-line vehicle applications,vehicle intelligent scheduling integrated management and control and"Zero"vehicle wait-ing time,so as to achieve the goal of"intelligent car-sharing,autonomous dispatching",to promote the safe and efficient intelligent dis-patching of mine vehicles and to solve the problem of toxic and harmful gas concentration exceeding the limit are of great practical sig-nificance and promotional application value.
