深部过断层巷道围岩变形特征及支护技术研究

针对过断层破碎带巷道围岩变形大、难支护的问题,以焦家寨煤矿南翼回风巷道穿越断层破碎带为工程背景,根据现场地质条件和数值计算,研究了巷道过断层破碎带围岩变形特征及影响因素,提出了"U型钢+喷射混凝土+注浆+锚网索"联合支护方案,并进行了现场实践.结果表明,优化支护方案下,巷道顶板下沉量、底鼓量及两帮收敛量分别为138、114、164 mm,巷道变形量明显减小,且在巷道掘进过程中,没有发生冒顶和片帮等现象,确保了巷道掘进的安全.
Research on deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and support technology of deep cross-fault roadway
To address the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway cross-fault fracture zone,which is difficult to support,taking the south wing of Jiaojiazhai Coal Mine returning roadway crossing fault fracture zone as the background of the pro-ject,according to the geological conditions and numerical calculations on-site,the deformation characteristics and influencing factors of the surrounding rock in the fault fracture zone of the roadway were studied.A combined supporting scheme of"U-shaped steel+shot-crete+grouting+anchor mesh cable"was proposed,and on-site practice was carried out.The results showed that under the optimized supporting scheme,the amount of roof subsidence,floor heave and convergence of two gangs of the roadway were 138 mm,114 mm and 164 mm,respectively,and the deformation amount of the roadway was obviously reduced,and during the process of the roadway excava-tion,there was no phenomenon such as roofing and rib spalling,and ensured the safety of the roadway excavation.
