Stress distribution characteristics and supporting scheme optimization of surrounding rock in withdrawal channel at the end mining stage of working face
Aiming at the problem of instability and deformation of surrounding rock in the final mining stage of withdrawal channel under mining disturbance,the stress distribution characteristics research of surrounding rock in the final mining stage of withdrawal channel under mining disturbance was studied by means of theoretical analysis,physical similarity simulation,numerical calculation and field verification.The optimization parameters of surrounding rock deformation supporting in the final mining stage of withdrawal channel un-der mining disturbance were put forward,and the application effect of optimization scheme was verified.The results showed that the su-perposition of the concentrated stress of the withdrawal channel and the peak value of the advanced concentrated stress of the working face and the load transfer caused the instability and deformation of the surrounding rock.With the increase of the penetration distance,the stress of the coal pillar in the withdrawal channel increased first and then decreased,and reached the peak value in the range of 10-30 m.The supporting optimization parameters for the withdrawal channel of the end mining stage of the No.232205 working face were proposed.The optimized scheme reduced the roof subsidence by 10.1 cm and the two-side convergence by 56.2 cm.The research on the deformation and control of surrounding rock in the final mining stage of withdrawal channel under mining disturbance has guiding signif-icance for field engineering practice.
