巷道冲击地压载荷特征及防冲支护装备研究

针对冲击地压事故频发致使液压支架发生结构性破坏,造成煤矿安全事故的问题,通过分析基于冲击地压释放的能量,获取了典型冲击地压下的载荷谱特征,提出了对支架防冲装置的工作性能要求,研究了六边形管排列的蜂窝吸能结构,构建了防冲装置的有限元模型和载荷(岩层)—防冲装置—液压支架整体应力耦合系统动力学模型,分析了典型冲击载荷特征下的支架动力学响应.研究结果表明,蜂窝结构防冲装置的应用可使活塞受力减小约40%,液压支架活塞与顶板连接处受力更加稳定,可以起到很好的防冲减压作用,对促进冲击地压灾害的防治具有重要意义.
Research on load characteristics of roadway rock burst and anti-impact supporting equipment
In response to the frequent occurrence of rockburst accidents causing structural damage to hydraulic supports and leading to coal mine safety accidents,the load spectrum characteristics under typical rockburst were obtained by analyzing the energy released based on rockburst,and the performance requirements for the anti-impact device of the support were proposed,and the honeycomb ener-gy absorption structure arranged by hexagonal tubes was studied.The finite element model of the anti-impact device and the dynamic model of the overall stress coupling system between the load(rock layer)and the hydraulic support of the anti-impact device were con-structed,and the dynamic response of the support under typical impact load characteristics was analyzed.The results show that the ap-plication of the honeycomb structure anti-impact device can reduce the force of the piston by about 40%,and the force at the joint of the piston and the roof of the hydraulic support is more stable.It can play a great role in anti-impact and pressure reduction,and has impor-tant significance in promoting the prevention and control of rock burst disaster.
