Mine emergency management capacity assessment based on AHP-DEMATEL cloud model
In recent years, the overall situation of mine safety production is relatively stable, but mine accidents still occur from time to time.In order to reduce casualties and property losses in mining accidents and improve the emergency capacity of mines, the emergency management capacity assessment system was constructed according to the PPRR emergency management theory, and the combined meth-od of AHP and DEMATEL was cited to calculate the comprehensive impact weight of each assessment index, and the cloud model theory was introduced to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the emergency capacity of mines,so as to realize the transformation of the qualitative evaluation indexes into quantitative data.Taking a mine construction project as an example, the application analysis was car-ried out,and the results showed that the mine emergency management capacity was at a good level, and there is a certain enhanceable space, which was in line with the actual situation of the mine. From this,it can be concluded that the method based on the combination of AHP-DEMATEL cloud model can scientifically and intuitively evaluate and analyze the emergency management capabilities of mines, providing effective theoretical support for improving the level of emergency management capabilities in mines.
