在"双碳"目标和建设新型电力系统的发展背景下,分布式新能源大规模接入电网带来反向潮流、电压波动以及频率失衡等多种影响电网安全稳定运行的问题.提出了一种基于改进灰色关联度法的配网分布式新能源承载力评估方法.首先,开展热稳定评估,并校核短路电流、电压偏差和谐波,初步划分承载力等级;其次,建立涵盖优质供电、安全运行及可靠消纳3个维度的分布式新能源承载力评估指标体系;然后,应用改进灰色关联度法进行综合评价,量化配网分布式新能源承载力得分;最后,以某省具体配网线路开展应用,示例有效验证了本文所提方法的适用性和可实施性,可以满足配网层级大规模的评估需求,并进一步为分布式新能源的接入和后续规划布局提供科学建议.
Research on bearing capacity evaluation method of distributed new energy in distribution network based on improved grey correlation degree method
In the context of the development of"dual carbon"goals and the construction of new power systems,the large scale integra-tion of distributed new energy into the power grid has brought about reverse power flow,voltage fluctuations,frequency imbalances and other problems that affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid.Therefore,a distribution network distributed new energy carry-ing capacity assessment method based on the improved gray correlation method was proposed.First,conduct thermal stability assess-ment,check short-circuit current,voltage deviation and harmonics,and initially classify carrying capacity levels;second,establish dis-tributed new energy carrying capacity assessment indicators covering the three dimensions of high-quality power supply,safe operation and reliable consumption;then,the improved gray correlation method is used for comprehensive evaluation to quantify the distributed new energy carrying capacity score of the distribution network;finally,the application is carried out with specific distribution network lines in a province,and the example effectively verifies the applicability and feasibility of the method proposed in this article.Implemen-tation can meet the needs of large-scale assessment at the distribution network level,and further provide scientific suggestions for the ac-cess and subsequent planning and layout of distributed new energy.
