Grouping of distribution network containing new energy based on topological similarity analysis and density clustering
A new energy distribution network clustering method based on topological similarity analysis and density clustering was proposed to address the problem of dynamic and complex changes in distribution network topology after the integration of new energy and the limita-tions of existing clustering algorithms, which result in poor clustering performance of distribution networks containing new energy. This method first constructs the corresponding adjacency matrix of the distribution network topology to its topological information. Then, the ad-jacency matrix was decomposed by singular value decomposition to obtain the corresponding singular value sequence. Finally, the density clustering algorithm was used to cluster the obtained singular value sequence and generate the grouping results of distribution network con-taining new energy. The experimental results demonstrate that compared with traditional grouping methods, the topological similarity of the distribution network within the cluster obtained by the proposal is higher and the topological difference of the distribution network between the clusters is more significant, demonstrating great advantage of the proposal in distribution network grouping.
