Design of control system for hydraulic punching coal dynamic metering device
The control system of the hydraulic punching coal dynamic metering device is equivalent to the"brain"of the metering device,which is responsible for controlling the action execution of the device and collecting the coal weight under the dynamic condition.The quality of its performance and sensitivity will directly affect the precision and effect of dynamic weighing,which is the key to the design of the coal dynamic metering device.The control system takes RAM as the core,carries out hardware selection and software design,builds a multi-level control and management platform software with centralized control center as the core,and increases the intelligent and visual functions of the equipment.The system can monitor and measure the coal body discharge in the process of hydraulic punching process in real-time,which improves the efficiency and safety of punching operation.The feasibility and effectiveness of the control system were dem-onstrated by elaborating the composition,principle,process flow,hardware design and software design of the system.Practice and analysis show that the device has good stability and can meet the requirements of dynamic metering of hydraulic punching coal.The metering device and control system have reasonable design and high precision,which can provide good theoretical support for the evaluation of hydraulic punching effect.
