Optimization scheduling strategy for multi-energy subjects in power system considering coupling of carbon-green certificate trading
The effective linkage between green certificate trading,carbon trading,and electricity market trading is an important measure to achieve carbon reduction in the electricity spot market.Therefore,a multi-energy subjects optimal scheduling strategy considering the coupling of carbon-green certificate trading was proposed.The trading mechanisms of the electricity,carbon market,and green certificate market were analyzed,a multi-agent optimized operation model for energy operators,users,and load aggregators was built.An optimized operation model was established to minimize operation cost,green certificate transaction cost and carbon transaction cost.The improved particle swarm optimization was used to solve the problem.The power system of Gansu Province with high proportion of new energy was taken as an example,the result shows that the coupled operation of carbon trade-green certificate power system can significantly improve the operation economy of the system,optimize the electricity price in the power market,and enhance the benefits of green certificates and carbon trading.
