基于模糊控制的煤泥浮选智能加药控制研究

在煤泥浮选生产过程中,药剂的添加量通常由现场操作人员根据经验进行判断.这种加药方式容易受到主观因素的影响,导致药剂添加量不准确,从而影响煤泥浮选产品的质量和生产效益.为解决该问题,设计了一种基于模糊控制的煤泥浮选加药系统.系统通过对浮选泡沫图像特征进行提取,并结合现场传感器获取的煤浆流量和浓度数据,确定药剂添加量.浮选药剂添加量作为模糊控制器的输出,实时调节被控系统.采用了国能乌海能源乌达煤炭加工有限公司浮选入料的相关数据,并对数据进行分析处理,实验结果表明,药剂添加量在设定的区间内变化,能够有效保持精煤灰分稳定在要求范围内.
Research on intelligent dosing control of coal slime flotation based on fuzzy control
In the coal slime flotation production process,the dosage of reagents is typically determined by on-site operators based on their experience.This dosing method is easily influenced by subjective factors,resulting in inaccurate dosage of reagents,which in turn affects the quality and production efficiency of coal slime flotation products.To address this issue,a coal slime flotation reagent dosing system based on fuzzy control was designed.The system extracted features from flotation foam images and combines them with the slurry flow rate and concentration data obtained from on-site sensors to determine the reagent dosage.The flotation reagent dosage served as the output of the fuzzy controller,which adjusted the controlled system in real-time.Data collected from the flotation feed at the CHN Energy Wuhai Energy Wuda Coal Processing Co.,Ltd.were analyzed and processed.Experimental results show that the reagent dosage fluctu-ates within a specified range,effectively maintaining the ash content of clean coal within the required limits.
