In order to address the issue of optimizing the configuration of distribution network energy storage,an optimization model con-sidering substation terminal maintenance requirements was proposed.The specific needs of substation terminal maintenance were ana-lyzed,and a brief analysis was conducted on the charging and discharging processes of battery energy storage.The focus was on discus-sing the principles and mechanisms of energy storage configuration strategies for distribution networks that consider maintenance needs.A distribution network energy storage optimization configuration model with the objective of minimizing operational costs was estab-lished.While considering conventional constraints,the constraint requirements for maintenance backup were also included to take into account the dynamic needs of distribution network maintenance.Finally,simulation analysis was conducted to demonstrate the effective-ness of the optimization method proposed.
