Research on causes of deformation and damage of deep soft rock roadway and supporting technology
In order to solve the problem of large deformation and difficult to support the surrounding rock of deep fractured soft rock roadway,the deformation and destruction mechanism of the surrounding rock of the roadway was analyzed through on-site investigation and experimental research with the engineering background of the track roadway of No.502 mining area of Shanxi Ningwu Desheng Coal Co.,Ltd.,it was found that the low strength and easy softening of the surrounding rock are the internal reasons for the large deformation of the surrounding rock,while high ground stress is the external cause of the large deformation.Accordingly,the"anchor+anchor ca-ble+steel mesh+shotcrete+grouting"joint supporting technology scheme was proposed,and the reliability of the scheme was veri-fied by numerical calculation.Field monitoring results showed that,after adopting this joint supporting technology scheme,the maximum value of roof subsidence was 73.1 mm,the maximum value of convergence of two gangs was 153.9 mm,and the maximum value of floor heave was 88.7 mm,and the surrounding rock deformation was within the permissible value,and the monitoring results coincided with the results of numerical calculations,which can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the deep fractured soft rock roadway.
